Fangoria article about The New Wolfman movie

I read part two of The Wolfman article in the March issue of Fangoria. All I can say is wow. The article had many pictures of the whole process of the makeup they put on Benicio Del Toro (The Wolfman). It's so amazing what they can do now with just makeup.
What I thought was really interesting was that they just used cgi for the transformation scenes and not the whole movie. I really thought they would have just done that but instead they put the actor in makeup after the transformation scenes, which is a lot cooler. That enabled the actor to actually get more into character and actually become The Wolfman, instead of just putting him in front of a green screen.
I forgot the name of the man they hired to do the makeup for The Wolfman, but he and the makeup team did an amazing job on transforming this ordinary looking man into this menacing looking werewolf.
I am going to finally see this movie on Saturday! I really hope it's an awesome movie, but I'm not expecting it to be better than the original because the original Wolfman movie (starring Lon Chaney Jr.) is a classic monster movie, and hardly any remakes of old movies are better than the originals, but I really hope this movie is not a disapointment like the remake of The Fog was.

Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever

Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever comes out today on dvd! I read an article on it in Fangoria and the movie is
supposed to be very gory. The sequel takes place in the same town as the first movie did. The movie is centered
around the small towns high school prom. The punch at the prom is made from the contaminated water from
the resevoir. So prom goers drink it and they get infected with the flesh eating virus. Then from what I read on
the synopsis and saw in previews it looks like there are cops or government agents trying to keep all infected
and uninfected prom goers from leaving the school. So it's kind of like a struggle for the two main characters
who may or may not be infected to get out of the school before it's too late.
The sequel has one of the actors from Cabin Fever in it, Ryder Strong. The director and writer of Cabin
Fever (Eli Roth) did not write or direct the sequel.
The whole idea of making the movie about the flesh eating virus at prom seems kind of dumb, but maybe
if the movie is a total blood bath it might be ok. Maybe if the sequel had been centered around the flesh eating
virus infecting the entire town instead of going to prom the movie would at least kind of connect better with
the first one.
The movie looks like it won't be very good but it is bound to be full of gore so it might be ok.

Religion

On Saturday evening while I was cleaning, the doorbell rang and surprise surprise it was another religious dude trying to convert. I told him in a very polite way that I was not interested in what he had to say and that he should try my neighbors next door. After the third time I told him that he actually asked me what my religion was. So I told him that I no longer am part of any religion nor do I ever want to be part of one again. He did not like that, he started babbling about hell and the way to avoid hell is through repentance and converting to his faith. At that point I was very irritated and slammed the door in his face.
What is the point in people doing that? Honestly, it's ridiculous. As long as you believe that there is a god or goddess, it shouldn't matter. I really wish these people would not go door to door it's annoying. It is good believe and try to spread the word of god or whatever but it is very bad to try to shove your beliefs on other people. Especially when they are content with what they believe.
